I bought this after getting fed up with doing the kitchen twice with a vacuum cleaner and then a mop. The Dreame H12 picks up cereal, juice spills and muddy paw prints in one go, and the self-cleaning roller is brilliant.
Arrived quickly from the UK warehouse and was easy to set up. The 16000Pa suction is stronger than I expected and it gets right up near the skirting boards in our hallway where our old cleaner always missed bits.
As a GP with very little spare time, I value appliances that genuinely reduce effort. This wet and dry vacuum cleaner handles daily kitchen mess on laminate beautifully, and the 55°C drying cycle means the roller does not develop that damp smell.
Very effective on sealed wood and tile, especially for sticky food mess after the children have eaten. It is a bit heavier than my stick vacuum when the water tank is full, but the fact it vacuums and washes at the same time more than makes up for it.
I was close to buying a tineco vacuum mop, but this offered the features I wanted for a better overall price. It leaves our kitchen floor visibly cleaner and the separate dirty water tank is oddly satisfying to empty because you can see exactly what it has removed.
